商品代金以外に必要な料金 / Additional Fees Other Than the Product Price

インターネット接続料金その他通信費はお客様のご負担となります。銀行振り込みをご希望の場合は、振り込み手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

Customers are responsible for internet connection fees and any other communication charges. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the bank transfer fee is the customer’s responsibility.

旅行契約成立時に決済を行います。

Payment will be processed when the travel contract is concluded.

商品（旅行サービス）の提供時期 / Timing of Provision of Travel Services

お申込み後、メールにて確約書面（バウチャー）をお送りいたします。各旅行商品ページに記載の出発日・利用日にご旅行サービスを提供いたします。

After your application is received, a confirmation document (voucher) will be sent by email. Travel services will be provided on the departure date or service date stated on each travel product page.

契約の成立時期 / Timing of Contract Formation

当社が申込みを承諾し、申込金または旅行代金を受領した時に旅行契約が成立します。

The travel contract is concluded when we accept the application and receive the application deposit or travel fee.

取消・変更について / Cancellations and Changes

旅行契約成立後のお客様都合による取消については、旅行条件書および約款に定める取消料を申し受けます。

For cancellations made for the customer’s convenience after the travel contract has been concluded, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Nagano Snow Shuttle の予約 / Nagano Snow Shuttle Bookings

• 出発日の 46日前以前 のキャンセル：料金総額の 10％
  46 days or more before departure: 10% of the total fare
• 出発日の 21〜45日前 のキャンセル：料金総額の 25％
  21 to 45 days before departure: 25% of the total fare
• 出発日の 8〜20日前 のキャンセル：料金総額の 50％
  8 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total fare
• 出発日の 7日前以降 のキャンセル：料金総額の 100％（返金なし）
  7 days or less before departure: 100% of the total fare (no refund)

変更手数料について / Change Fees

• 出発8日前まで：無料
  Up to 8 days before departure: Free
• 出発4〜7日前：お一人様 2,000円（税抜き）
  4 to 7 days before departure: JPY 2,000 per person (excluding tax)
• 出発3日前以降：変更不可
  3 days or less before departure: Changes are not accepted

Private Transfer の予約 / Private Transfer Bookings

• 旅行日の 31日前以前 のキャンセル：料金総額の 25％
  31 days or more before the travel date: 25% of the total fare
• 旅行日の 30日前以降 のキャンセル：料金総額の 100％（返金なし）
  30 days or less before the travel date: 100% of the total fare (no refund)

返金について / Refunds

取消料を差し引いた残額を、決済に使用されたクレジットカード会社を通じて返金いたします。当社にて返金処理完了後、カード会社所定の日程にて返金されます。

Any remaining amount after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee will be refunded through the credit card company used for payment. After we complete the refund process, the refund will be processed according to the credit card company’s schedule.
