Our tours rotate weekly across the four main sake-producing regions of Nagano Prefecture. Each area has its own distinct climate, water source, and brewing tradition — making every tour a unique experience.
Chūshin (Central Nagano) – Tuesdays
Home to Nagano City and Matsumoto. Smooth, balanced sake brewed with soft mountain water.
Tōshin (Eastern Nagano) – Wednesdays
Cool climate and pure mountain water create crisp, refined flavors amid castle towns and countryside.
Hokushin (Northern Nagano) – Thursdays
Snowy region known for rich, full-bodied sake crafted through slow fermentation.
Nanshin (Southern Nagano) – Fridays
Warm valleys and rice fields yield smooth, aromatic sake with gentle sweetness.
