Booking Window: Must be booked at least 30 days in advance in order to guarantee available seats.

Please Note: JR Pass holders must book their own seats separately – we cannot book on your behalf.

Packages available to Haneda Airport up to JR Hamamatsucho Station (Tokyo Monorail tickets are not included).

FAQ

Can I book for a group?

Yes we can accommodate large groups. We recommend booking bus + bullet train packages as early as possible to guarantee sitting together.

What if my plans change?

Changes can be made to your reservation up to 4 days in advance however seats do sell out. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation but cannot make any guarantees.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Bus + bullet train packages must be booked at least 14 days before travel, however we recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to guarantee seats on the trains of your choice, and to get everyone sitting together.

Can I bring oversized luggage on the bullet train?

While you can bring oversized luggage onto the Shinkansen, please note that the storage space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis—it cannot be reserved in advance. For larger items like ski or snowboard bags, we highly recommend using a luggage delivery service to ensure a smoother and more comfortable journey.
