**This is purely a customer service role, there is no bus driving involved**
We operate the Nagano Snow Shuttle, a seasonal bus service that connects Tokyo airports with all major ski resorts across Nagano Prefecture. Our head office is located in the beautiful Hakuba Valley.
This winter, we’re looking for energetic, motivated staff to join our team! You’ll be based out of our head office in Hakuba and work in either Hakuba Valley or Nagano City each day.
As central Japan’s largest ski shuttle operator, we pride ourselves on punctuality, professionalism, and great service. We work hard – but we also make time to enjoy the incredible snow and mountain life Nagano offers!
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent guest service and communication
Assisting with reservations and guest inquiries
Coordinating and transferring passengers between shuttles
Managing operations on-site at ski resorts or transit points
Working primarily outdoors, often independently
Requirements:
Valid Japanese or international driver’s license
Must be 20 years or older
Legal right to live and work in Japan
Proven customer service experience
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly and approachable
Highly motivated and proactive
Team-oriented but capable of working independently
Well-organized and punctual (this is key!)

You’ll be based in a staff dormitory just 5 minutes from Togari Onsen and 15 minutes from Nozawa Onsen, with daily assignments at ski resorts including Myoko Kogen, Madarao Kogen, Nozawa Onsen, and Shiga Kogen. We also have positions based at Iiyama Station and Oyaki Farm in Nagano City.
