Luggage Policy

Each passenger on the Nagano Snow Shuttle is allowed one piece of checked luggage and one small carry-on item. The carry-on should be small enough to fit under your seat, on your lap, or in the overhead compartment, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers.

If you plan to travel with additional luggage, you can purchase excess baggage in advance during your reservation, which guarantees space for your extra items. Alternatively, you may request to bring extra luggage on the day of travel, but please note this is subject to space availability and not guaranteed.

We recommend pre-booking any additional baggage to ensure a smooth and stress-free boarding experience, especially during peak travel periods.

*Please note that these are general guidelines for average maximum luggage sizes. The size of the overhead compartment may vary depending on the bus, so we recommend keeping your carry-on compact and lightweight to ensure it fits safely and comfortably.
