Nagano Snow Shuttle JHN Travel Ltd Passenger Information

Nagano Snow Shuttle services are sold and administered by JHN Travel Ltd as travel arrangements or travel packages. Transportation services are operated by appropriately licensed passenger transport operators contracted by JHN Travel Ltd.

Service Provider Roles

JHN Travel Ltd acts as the travel organizer and booking administrator for Nagano Snow Shuttle services.

Bus transportation is operated by licensed passenger transport operators contracted by JHN Travel Ltd. JHN Travel Ltd is not the operating carrier.

Passengers are carried subject to the applicable conditions of carriage of the operating transport company.

Conditions of Carriage

Transport services are subject to the applicable Conditions of Carriage of the operating transport company.

The standard conditions below are provided for passenger reference.

Boarding Requirements

  • Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding location at least 10 minutes before departure.
  • Passengers are responsible for confirming their boarding location and departure time before travel.
  • Buses cannot wait for late-arriving passengers.
  • Passengers must follow instructions provided by drivers and operational staff.
  • Seat assignments may be changed for operational or safety reasons.

Baggage Allowance

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, each passenger may bring:

  • One checked item of luggage.
  • One small carry-on item.
  • One ski or snowboard bag where included in the booking.

Additional baggage must be pre-booked and is subject to space availability. Baggage that has not been booked may be refused if space is not available.

Service Delays and Interruptions

Services may be delayed, diverted, suspended, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Heavy snow, ice, or severe weather.
  • Traffic congestion.
  • Road closures.
  • Accidents or emergency services activity.
  • Vehicle issues affecting the operating transport company.
  • Government orders or restrictions.

Passengers should allow sufficient time when making onward travel arrangements. JHN Travel Ltd accepts no responsibility for missed flights, trains, accommodation check-ins, or other consequential losses caused by delays outside its reasonable control.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Wear seat belts where fitted.
  • Treat drivers, staff, and other passengers respectfully.
  • Comply with applicable laws and transport safety requirements.
  • Ensure baggage is properly labelled and identifiable.
  • Do not bring dangerous, illegal, or unsuitable items onto the vehicle.

Passengers whose behaviour creates a safety risk, causes disruption, or interferes with the operation of the service may be refused carriage or removed from the service without refund.

Lost Property

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Any property found on board will be retained for a reasonable period where possible.

Passengers should contact our support team as soon as possible if an item has been left on board.
