About JHN Travel / JHN Travelについて
JHN Travel is a travel company based in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.
During the winter season, we operate Nagano Snow Shuttle, one of Japan’s leading ski resort transportation services. Our daily charter bus network connects Haneda and Narita Airports with major ski resorts throughout Nagano Prefecture and Myoko, serving international visitors travelling to Japan’s snow regions.
Last season, approximately 40,000 passengers used our services. As an important part of the region’s tourism infrastructure, we help thousands of visitors enjoy a smooth and memorable travel experience. Our mission is simple: to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation while helping our guests create unforgettable memories in Japan.

冬季には、スキーリゾート向け輸送サービス「Nagano Snow Shuttle」を運営しています。羽田空港・成田空港と長野県内および妙高エリアの主要スキーリゾートを結ぶ貸切バスを毎日運行し、日本を訪れる多くの海外スキー客の移動をサポートしています。
昨シーズンは約40,000名のお客様にご利用いただきました。私たちは長野県の観光インフラの一翼を担う存在として、多くのお客様が快適でスムーズな旅行を楽しめるようサポートしています。私たちの使命は、安全で快適な輸送サービスを提供し、お客様に日本での素晴らしい思い出を作っていただくことです。

Hakuba Station Tourist Information Center
6141-4 Hokujo, Hakuba-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano
Our office is located inside the JR Hakuba Station rotary and also operates as the village tourist information center. Commuting by car is permitted.

Working Hours / 勤務時間
Green Season (April – November): 08:00 – 17:00
Winter Season (December – March): Shift-based schedule
Overtime is generally not required during the green season. During the winter season, early morning, evening, and overnight shifts may be required depending on operational needs, and overtime may occur during peak periods.

冬季シーズン（12月～3月）：シフト制
グリーンシーズンは基本的に残業はありません。冬季シーズンは早朝・夜間・深夜勤務が発生する場合があります。また、繁忙期には残業が発生する場合があります。
Days Off / 休日
Two days off per week based on a rotating shift schedule.
シフト制による週休2日。
Salary / 給与
Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, language ability, and overall suitability for the position. We offer a competitive salary package that is above the average level for similar roles in the Hakuba area. Applicants with relevant tourism, transportation, customer service, operations, or management experience are encouraged to apply.
給与は、経験・能力・語学力・保有資格等を総合的に考慮のうえ決定します。白馬エリアにおける同種職種の平均水準を上回る給与体系を採用しています。旅行業、輸送業、接客業、運行管理業務、マネジメント業務等の経験をお持ちの方は特に歓迎いたします。

Employment Type / 雇用形態
Full-time position. Employment contracts are renewed annually. Contract renewal is determined based on overall work performance, attitude, ability to perform assigned duties, health condition, and company business requirements.
正社員登用前提
入社後1年間は有期雇用契約となります。契約期間終了後は、勤務状況および会社の経営状況等を総合的に判断し、期間の定めのない正社員として登用します。長期的にキャリアを築いていただける方を歓迎します。
Probationary Period / 試用期間
Three months.

- Reservation processing and customer support
- Daily bus operation coordination
- Travel arrangement and administration duties
- Payment and settlement processing
- Assisting visitors at the Hakuba Tourist Information Center
- General office administration and related duties
- 予約受付・管理業務
- バス運行に関する調整業務
- 旅行手配業務
- 入金管理・精算業務
- 白馬駅観光案内所での案内業務
- その他付随する事務業務
Required Qualifications / 応募資格
- Native-level Japanese or JLPT N2 certification (or higher)
- Ability to communicate effectively with bus drivers via radio
- Business-level English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Valid ordinary driver’s licence
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、またはJLPT N2以上
- 無線機を使用してバス乗務員と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 基本的なPCスキル
- お客様に対するホスピタリティ精神をお持ちの方
- 普通自動車運転免許必須
