The Nagano Snow Shuttle meeting counter is located between Arrival Lobbies A and B in Narita Airport Terminal 2.

After clearing customs, proceed toward the Central Exit. When facing the Central Exit, the counter will be on your left.

The meeting counter opens 1 hour before departure and closes 15 minutes prior.
Passengers who arrive after the counter has closed may be unable to check in or board the bus.
