The Nagano Snow Shuttle meeting counter is located at Counter No. 9 in the arrival lobby of Haneda Airport Terminal 3.

After clearing customs, continue straight until you see the Information Counter, then turn right.

The meeting counter opens 1 hour before departure and closes 15 minutes prior.
Passengers who arrive after the counter has closed may be unable to check in or board the bus.
