Tsugaike Kogen Area – Pick Up and Drop Off

Departing from Tsugaike Kogen Area

1. Check your pick-up time. We will email your confirmed pick-up time three days before your transfer.
2. Wait at the pick-up location shown on your ticket. Please be ready a few minutes early.
3. Transfer to Hakuba Station. You will board your onward bus there.

Some properties cannot be reached directly by our vehicles. Narrow roads, snow conditions and other access restrictions mean you may be asked to walk a short distance to a nearby pick-up point. If this applies to your booking, the location will be shown on your ticket.

Arriving in Tsugaike Kogen Area

All services arrive at Hakuba Station. If you have booked an accommodation drop-off, you will change there to a smaller 4WD vehicle for the journey to your accommodation.

Some properties cannot be reached directly by our vehicles. Narrow roads, snow conditions and other access restrictions mean you may be asked to walk a short distance from the nearest accessible drop-off point.

Late-night drop-offs: if you cannot get in

If you have booked a late-night accommodation drop-off, tell your accommodation what time you will arrive. Most properties in Hakuba lock their doors overnight, and there are very few places open at that hour. Confirming your arrival time in advance is the only reliable way to avoid being locked out.

If you do arrive and cannot get in, we will take you to Escal Plaza, a 24-hour facility in Happo, so that you have somewhere warm to wait until morning.

• ¥1,000 per person for the transfer to Escal Plaza.
• Any facility fees charged by Escal Plaza are payable by the passenger.
